“Seven Hills Beef” is our Virginia sourced, pastured and grain fed option. All beef in our online store is dry-aged a minimum of 14 days.

***You are buying beef based on the hanging weight of the carcass, split evenly 2, 4 or 8 ways. You can expect to receive approximately ~60% of the carcass weight back as meat.***

• One 380 lb. half of beef will produce at least 230 pounds of meat!

• One Quarter derived from a 380 lb. half will weigh 190 pounds and produce at least 115 pounds of meat!

• One Eighth derived from a 380 pound half will weigh 95 pounds and produce at least 60 pounds of meat!

***ATTENTION: Direct delivery is FREE if you are within the designated shipping areas: Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Lexington, Richmond, and surrounding areas. Our site requires you to select and confirm that your shipping address is out of these areas. If beyond, select the $75 delivery charge.
