Option A: Use YOUR beef. A 300 lb. / 25 case minimum production run is required per item. Production takes 2-4 weeks.
Option B: Group production run format: A 60 lb. / 5 case minimum is required. Items are stocked and can be provided when you pick up your steaks. You can get as little as one of each case this way.
