Donta Coleman was born & raised in southern Virginia, and began working for a small processor in 2010, where he learned the nuances of beef processing. Donta joined Seven Hills as an hourly laborer in 2015. His natural leadership qualities propelled him forward, and he quickly became our Production Manager.
His infectious smile and country boy charm is easy to spot - and that may be why he has SIX kids! We love Donta, and confidently say there would be no Seven Hills without his unbelievably hard work ethic and determination. He put the production team on his back and carried us forward for many years.
His rugged grit and work ethic is unmatched. Donta & Dalton have an unbreakable bond as they grew side by side, laboring during our start up years, making it out of the school of hard knocks together.
