Dalton has a diverse business background, and many personal experiences that compliment our rugged entrepreneurial environment. He has been with Seven Hills since the renovation phase commenced in 2015, and has led each aspect of the business, from start up woes, to hands-on production, cattle purchasing, sales, business development and much more.
Today, he is responsible for developing and driving our growth strategy, and ensuring that the company’s values are embedded throughout the organization, serving as the foundation through which all business decisions are made.
Dalton is very active and hands-on in daily operations with his team. Be sure to ask him what it was like when we did not have ANY customers, cattle, employees or equipment!
