We can usually schedule any amount of cattle within 1 - 3 weeks.

10-14 days is our normal carcass rotation +/- a few days. We can offer extended aging upon request. After hanging, production takes about 1 week, then we will schedule delivery or pickup. Cooked products take an additional 2 - 4 weeks after the beef is cut.
If you opt to trade pounds on the cooked items, turn around time is minimal.

We use the latest commercial grade rollstock packaging equipment, providing you the longest shelf life and best product presentation possible. All products are placed in commercial grade boxes for easy transport and refrigeration or freezing.

We are 100% USDA inspected and we do NOT offer custom exempt processing.

In layman's terms, jerky will net you $200 - $400 more per head depending on the size of the animal.
Hotdogs & our other deli items can net you $1 to $3 more per pound over ground beef.
There is about 10 pounds of kidney fat in an animal. You can net up to $1,000 from this if you turn it into our luxury skin care products and effectively sell it.
Every animal produces about 40 lbs. of wasted organs. We convert this into premium dog treats designed to net you around $100 per head.
All said and done, IF you can sell your beef, we can provide every farmer with an additional $1,500 +/- profit potential on each animal.

We charge $2.99/lb. to turn your beef trimmings into hotdogs of any size, old fashioned sweet bologna, and smoked bologna sticks. We must run a minimum of 250 lb. for a batch to be exclusively your beef. Or, you can trade pounds with us and do as little as 60 pounds at a time.
We charge $5.99/lb. to turn your cattle's hindquarters into beef jerky. Jerky is returned you in retail ready packaging. We must run a minimum of 200 lbs. / 5-8 head for a batch to be exclusively your beef. Or, you can trade pounds with us and do as little as 1 head at a time.

Custom snack sticks, sausages, and more advanced retail items are also priced competitively, but will require a phone call to verify details and pricing.

Everything is USDA inspected and labeled. You have the option to not label ground beef or patties if you want them for bulk use (& not for individual sales). We use generic labels by default.

We do not offer freezing as part of our standard service, but we often can upon request. We have processed tens of thousands of cattle for farmers without issue, as our commercial grade packaging, cold facility and refrigerated delivery reduces the need for freezing.
Commercial freezing can be provided for large orders via a 3rd party freezing facility. Speak to the office about this cost.
